I am thinking so, its interesting though that I am actually liking this interior. I hope the C7 starts off nicer on the inside, and my dream would be a dual clutch gearbox or at least an automatic with a wet clutch in the vein of the AMG Speedshift transmission.
Quote of the year!
Why don't they? This would move them forward in the market. I heard a rumor that Chevy was going to address the criticisms about the interior on their models in the upcoming C7.

Also one thing to keep in mind a base Vette is a $45k car, so of course it should not or will not have the interior of a 911 or even the GTR which start a significant amount higher. They simply can't put a 911 level or even M3 level interior in a $45k car. So that is why the upgraded leather interior is optional.

The benefits of a manual transmission (feeling) trump the benefits of a twin clutch system IMO. Driving a twin clutch car is like driving in a video game- if I wanted to drive a dual clutch car, I would play a video game. Plus, it takes ALL!!!! the fun out of driving, too!
