I also know it's full switched off till the moment you touch brake pedal for the first time I did all possible tests and don't know what is going on !
but we know for sure traction control is closing throttle.

May be your tuner knows whats going on and can correct that easy ?
I see other strange problem too.......every time when you change the gear revs shooting up for some reason

 

It is no problem , It is shift gears with full open throttle body

today I tested 9ff car which started to run well after I touch it

we have solved all 9ff problems, so my friend have new car from now on.

and you know what? same traction control issue I have

anyone without this issue has a slow car !!!!!
