So I went to the 1/4 mile track yesterday

Finally is starting to get cool here in South Florida, some friends invited me for a private track session, I still can't believe how fast these cars are did like 6 passes, best runs are as follow

11.35 @119.67 with a 1.63 0-60 FT
11.44 @119.37 with a 1.704 0-60 FT
11.405 @119.37 with a 1.67 0-60 FT

Pretty good considering is pretty much a stock car with only Fabspeed exhaust, and BMC drop in filter, TIP...

Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks for reading

J

Great numbers for your level of mods. Very respectable! Also extremely consistent numbers, you've gotta be very happy with that showing.

I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything, but re-read the original post and if that still doesn't work, read his signature, all the info is in there It's a Tiptronic, PDK wasn't available in '08 on the Turbo's

Car is a 08 TT Tip, the track is in fact PBIR...

I think the car had a little bit more in it, I'm doing flash and TCU next.

Shooting for mid 10's

Let see

Or replacing the tip with PDK or manual...but it must be expensive.

For launch you're just brake boosting and letting off when the light turns green?

It depends if you work for Porsche... No!

Otherwise Yes, is the only way to get a 1.6 0-60 F/T

i think you are a bit hopeful to get mid 10's with stock turbos if your 60' are already 1.6

With software, tcu, taking sub out and rear seats maybe passenger seat, I think (think being the keyword) is doable...

Great times. Certain tracks will give you the boot under 11.50 with no roll bars. Low 11s/high 10s is fast for a DD street car!
