For comparison, my old 997.1 put down 477 at the wheels with exhaust and mild tune. Roughly 560 at the crank, I have seen a bone stock 997.2 tts lay down similar numbers, 475. I would be sure your ecu isn't pulling timing because of the decreased backpressure. IMO you should be seeing at least 500 at the wheels.

Those figures seem a bit low for a modded .2 TTS
I would like to know why or maybe the mustang dyno really under rates all the #'s

mine was tuned by viezu tuning they are british tuners , i tried before and after and the results was on 3rd gear before tuning 425 whp and after tuning 487.5 whp and 680 torque, and on 4th gear before tuning 390 whp and after tuning 450 whp and 680.2 torque and i can feel it , the boost pressure and the throttle response changed , the car is amazing and i've done a 1/4 mile test in 11.427 without launch control thnx ...
