Capital Raceway is under new management. No one knew it was open yet. I got to make 6 back to back runs. Usually its about 30ish min line wait to go. I've only been 3 times over 15 years and I am no drag racer; it's nickname was crapital raceway >_<;

I drove it as I brought it. Full gas tank, didn't play with tire pressure. It was a ***** keeping the car out the rev limiter on the early gears. It won't bounce on it at all; it just cuts power completely. You can see the car dip really hard on 2nd gear on the 2nd run.

Where did you get 12.2 from?

Very good for your first time, especially if that's a track that's not looked at as a particularly good 1/4 track. What were your 60' times? Congrats on having fun with your new toy!

 

Congrats, looks like fun. You can really see the car front lifting with acceleration in the first couple of gears. Pretty decent times for sure, but there are guys with other tunes that have faster trap speeds and ETs. But it's probably like comparing apples to oranges with different tracks. Well done!

 

Are you sure you are hitting the rev limit. I had a problem w a prior flash where on launching it would hit a hard cut at 4k rpm. Got another map and first time out with c16/100 octane went 10.90&11.0 with 130mph traps. Flash only & stock sized Invos

What were the conditions of your run? Your trap of 121 seems a little low for an exhaust/IC/flash.

 

For comparison: We have exhaust,tune,IC and intake.

I'm using pump 93. I don't know what an Invos is

I think the announcer guy says that number on the first run, but its not me he is talking about.

The gauge goes all the way up to 7~ I obviously try not to hit the rev limiter cuz it kicks me in the nuts for doing so Also know porsche dials down the boost in lower gears and ramps it up. My tuner said he did not change this.
