I am driving it back to Edmonton and am wondering if there is an AUX in on the HU so I can plug an Ipod into it via 3.5mm so I have some tunes to listen to? I dont think I own any CD's and through the Rocky Mountains I think the FM will be dicey? Not the end of the world however if I can prep it or there is an easy solution then I want to listen to my tunes.

This is my first Porsche and I am moving up from a 2002 BMW 330 CI so I hoping Ill be impressed.

Congrats your gonna love the car but no ipod hookup or blue tooth phone capability ,unless it has some kinda upgraded system ,that option wasn't available from the factory until 2009 .

 

Sounds like you'll have a quiet ride. I had similar issue and went with a mobridge add on. I'd recommend you check out bumperplugs.com and speak to Eric. Super nice guy. I think he handles Desion, which has good reviews and is less money. Only reason I went with mobridge was my installer was familiar with it.

Are you selling your exhaust?

 

Not a problem! I know you will enjoy the car. They are amazing vehicles with tons of power.

I don't believe I will part out unless the buyer would like. I do highly recommend a catless exhaust + tune, it will provide endless entertainment for you.

FM modulator is your best bet to go through the mountains with your music. Cheap and easy temp fix until you decide what to do...
