In the market for one, thought I'd check here first to see if anyone was planning on selling theirs...

 

im buying a 350d as well. i was looking for 2nd hand orginally but now am going to purchase it from a store. you get the warrenty etc etc. and you dont know how its been treated. which is important because itll cost upwards of 100USD an hour just to get the camera looked at, not even serviced if its broken

 

i have a canon digital rebel , like kirby's im thinking of selling mine, please make me a reasonable offer, ive only had it for 5 mo.s it was a christmas gift, im thinking of switching to the newer 8mp one... i has the extra warranty from best buy...

 

I'm going to look at one locally today with a bunch of extras - probably end up getting that one. Thanks though!

Hey Joe. I'm not completely certain, but I'm definately interested. I haven't done alot of research on SLRs yet, but it seems like that camera is a good and very capable starter SLR. I know nothing about picture taking....

Hey Kirby have you had any trouble blowing up the images from the Rebel into some decent sized prints (8x11 say)?

I'd opt for the XT, but this is my first SLR so I don't think it's worth the $$ right now.
