Guys,

I found a 997tt that i may jump on. the only issue i have is the interior...
its flamenco red.

if i purchase this car, i would probably swap the entire interior out for a black interior.


supple leather, Luxury seats. Red sun visors. red top... etc etc.

would anyone be interested in trading for their black interior and SPORT seats ?

 

Seems like a lot of work. Part of the fun on buying a car is the searching process. I would recommend holding off on that TT if you don't like the interior, since tons of TT's have black interior and it's only a matter of time before you find a better match for your preferences. I would hate to start switching out interiors, then find out a few weeks later the perfect turbo hit the market.

 

What color is the exterior? Color matched trim pieces can really make the interior pop. Good luck with the search!

 

yea if no one jumps on my car ,not that i have it for sale i would trade but is it red sport seats or the wrinkly looking leather which some of our P;s come with

 

Steve - SOOO many 997TTs out there...why not bide your time and wait for the perfect one?

i got pics of the interior, it actually looks REALLY nice. it isn't all red like i had pictured in my head.

Steve - I personally like red interiors on Porsches. I say if you like it, go for it!

 

I wish my 997tt had red interior. I prefer red over blk but when purchasing used its hard to get everything you want. I was mainly looking for a low mileage all around like new TT, plus I'm not really sure if they even made blk with red interior I havnt seen one. Good luck be patient get what you really want especially with such an expensive purchase. Btw cars are always a lot cheaper nov-jan.! Long wait though.

My C2 had boxter red leather interior... Different and cool!!! My current ride has natural brown leather... nice too but not as nice as the red's! If I make another million (never finished the first one) I will get a lipstick red interior without a doubt!!
