AMS ALPHA 9 997.1 pacakge goes 9's at the strip **VIDEO**

This past weekend we had the opportunity to take our ALPHA 9 equipped 997.1 to the track. With some race gas in the tank and 230lb Martin Musial piloting this more than stock weight AWD 997 he was able to cut a 9.972@144mph! This is the same package you can fit on your own car coupled with a stock motor and transmission! In fact being that our car has a cage in it and is in fact heavier than most I would expect an even better time out of a car that weighed less.

Dipping into the 9's on our custom GT28 based turbos is great and we look forward to trying our custom GT30 based units in the very near future

Any specs on the exhaust? I know you said it's custom, is it made in house?

It was a simple design we made in house. Down the line we would like to develop our own system but for now time permits us from doing so.

Stock suspension, MS109E is an Unleaded race fuel.

Thanks again everyone!

So eliminating some of that lift with a better suspension should theoretically pull a faster time!? Either way that car is MOOVIN. Rep points to AMS and EPL.

Thanks! Martin surely did some nice driving and we know there is more in it ET wise with further testing.

We will do pump gas testing at some point, but unsure when that might be.

I've driven with both and feel overall drivability is similar and near stock. The Exedy will take a little getting used to on initial engagement as expected with any multi disk, but once familiar with it drives amazingly well.

this kit is only for 6speed only right ? what about tiptronic ? for example can you buy the alpha9 kit , alpha gt2 exhaust kit , and than put a switzer tiptronic upgrade to it ?
