GT2 rear sway vs GMG set?

Looking to put sways in addition to an alignment to address understeer. Suspension is otherwise stock (cab). Purely street, and very rare track driving.

So, what are thoughts on $600 for a set of GMG vs $400 GT2 rear only? Seems like the rear needs it most, but I wonder if I'm leaving something on the table if I don't do fronts too, for flexibility in the future.

Thanks!

I had the complete gmg setup fr/rear, in my old car, lots of track etc. I rarely adjusted the front in reality. The money is in the rear. On thin car I just did a gt2 rear sway, very happy.

TT, thanks. Any particular reason you didn't go with GMG this time? Thanks.

I went with RSS on my first Turbo (front/rear sways with rear drop links) and feel the steering was improved upon (more firm). In between my turbos I had an '08 GT2. I now have another turbo with GMG springs and sways with other goodies. Having done these changes I feel I have a good compromise with ride quality without the payment of my GT2.

Hey TTsurgeon,

Are you saying the only suspension mod on your current car is the GT2 Sway? No springs even?

I'm considering some suspension mods but dont know how much to go for at once since I've never messed with it before. I drove my TT at VIR and it was definitely has a little bit of a softer feel than I want.

I have a gt2 sway and gt3 control arms and toe links, allows for a much more aggressive alignment. So far, no springs.
