Believe what you want to believe but this exhaust somehow made me love my car even more it is a beast when you step on it and love the low deep grumble its like a grizzly bear and if your gonna be a bear be a grizzly! I love it and I can tell you I didn't have it dyno'd but I will be damned if it didnt jump up in real world horsepower period! I'm a believer Kline is da ....! Quick video

Lol heck no and it is in no way quiet trust me . The system is also harmony tuned, this piece performs like a race system, however is actually very quiet at cruising speeds, no drone, and very quiet and smooth under regular driving. However after 3500rpm and hard throttle the system comes into its own, boost picks up and hits you hard, the incindiary melody resulting from the gas blending and tuned internals creates a high pitched, howling, raucus vocal! And you can't expect a iPhone to reproduce the sound find someone that has one and you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Directly from Kline when I asked that question prior to purchasing; Our exhaust system doesn't need heat shields, this is down to the way the exhaust is designed, it runs cooler. We can supply heat shields if you really feel you would like some, but they are not necessary.

Heat shields depend on the size of the exhaust and distance from adjoining structures. Most smaller AM exhausts don't need them bc of smaller volume, plus they run lower EGTs anyway. I don't believe a 997.2tt has them at all. I wouldn't hang my decision on +- heat shield, many other factors at play.
