Leather ruined after front windshield tinting

I had my front wind shields tinted earlier and after a couple of hours, I noticed this ...

Could you guys shed some light on this ...

Would this come off? Anything I can do ..?? Or this is time for replacement?

Prior to this, everything was perfect.

Apologies for the horrible iPhone pix.

TIA.

Did they clean the windows with straight ammonia or something else caustic? Call them back now and find out.

looks like carelessness from your tint installers. Is it wet in these areas? Go over these areas with a hair dryer to see if this would help.

looks like the liquid they used (pure ammonia?) soaked thru the leather and melted the foam underneath. make a case to the tinter, but full replacement is the only way to fix it and doubt they want to pony the $ for that

i was just trying to add a little levity to an otherwise unfortunate situation. I too, was considering windscreen tinting, and this case gives me one more thing to consider.

They put on the original tint a couple of weeks ago ... and there was a small cut that wasn't straight (toll tag) ... so I asked them to fix it and they offered a re-do of the tint.

Which begs the questions is it the solution to remove applied tints that caused the problem .... or the solution that they use to mount tints.
