Turbo or GT2 ???

So...

I received a phone call 2 days ago from a friend that there is a 2008 GT2 with 13k miles for sale.
The car is fully equipped, carbon fiber all over 20" HRE carbon/ceramic breaks roll cage VRT rear bumper(didn't like it) as for the engine mods i don't know much the owner wasn't there but BMC filter, ECU and Akro exhaust for sure but no BOSE system.

I own for almost 3 years already a 997.1TT cabriole tip and it's my daily driver car but I have always wanted a coupe TT or GT2 not a big fan of cabriole.

I would like to know how bad the GT2 as a daily driver (comfort wise).
Also I have notice some oil "sweat" on the middle rear axel the guy at the dealer said that the car just got new clouch so that's why the oil is there...what do you think ?

I really liked the car but I'm afraid that it will be too uncomftarble as a daily driver.
And there some work to invest like in the interior new Sterring wheel(alcantara 2008),the middle main consol have some damage in the carbon fiber have to change, the owner took out the ECU for some reason(didn't specify why) new BMC/OME air filter and the most expensive(here in DR) TIRES...

Money:I need to add 20-28k to my car and I get the same year.

Please share if you have other points that you think are important.

Thanks in advance.

The clutch on the GT2 can be heavy. That said, I've driven two hours in rush hour and survived.

If I had to commute, 2-4 miles isn't something that would prevent me from buying a GT2.

This particular car would worry me though due to filter, ECU, and rear bumper modifications. I would pass and find an unmolested one.

Yes the clutch is heavy but i can manage with that.

My worry's are for the oil leak and ECU
The problem is that there are 2 GT2 here and one of them did couple of accidents so this one is the only option that i have.

Here are some pictures of the car:

The OEM rear bumper fits the old tail lights so i need to buy GT2RS rear bumper for that.
