I found a 09 911tt Cab - grey with black leather. It has a few carbon items, 19k miles, XM, heated and cooled seats, nav, tip & bluetooth.
3 of the rims have slight curb rash, the car is at a dealer and will be certified.
The rims will be refinished, otherwise the car is in great condition.
Please let me know your opinion on value.

I would spend more money and get a 2010, the PDK is much better than the tip. 2010 is around 90's to low 100's depending on options, 09 would be in the 80's low 90's.. Options like center locks, ceramics, lighting, engine mounts and the hundreds of other options could push those numbers up or the lack of them down. Any car without Sport Chrono should not be considered.

Nice choice. In the end no matter what anyone here says...value is in their eye of the buyer and how much someone will pay. These cars in strong demand. I've seen guys lift the dealers offered side. If it's fresh in stock don't expect much room.
Dealer will move...but not by much. So check the Porsche NA list of CPO cars, KBB and come up with a number. Chances are it will be close to what the dealer is asking...maybe $2-5k below their ask.
That being said...sports chrono?? That is usually a big deal for resale.
Overall sounds like a nice machine. The 2009 has PCM 3 which make the 2009 the right choice. Personally I'm a 6 speed guy...much better than the tip I think. Consider it. Like previous post...PDK is the way Togo if you don't want manual.
I would agree with the mid to high 80s here. Prob see dealer ask of low 90s.
Best of luck. No matter what you choose you will be happy!

Ah yes...the 2007 Silver 6speed? It was lacking the sports chrono. Think it ended up trading in the 69k range.
Cheech at Rennwerke is outstanding. I've had him replace a slipping clutch and some other minor work. Very good results and reasonable prices comped to the dealer. Good techs there. Also did my snow tire setup.
I use Gus at Technik1 in NYC for all electronic/performance upgrades. New head unit /v1/blinder/exhaust. Also does ECU flashes.

Yes, that's the one - it was listed At circa 75k at that time, their best price was 73.5k. He explained anything lower and they would be losing money. Fast forward a few days and the price was dropped to 69k - to which he indicates the gm wanted to blow the car out.
I've known Cheech for a while and would definitely use him going forward (will be my first Porsche)

I can provide you with another data point because I just bought a 2008 997 turbo cabriolet yesterday. It's a 6-speed manual in Macadamia Brown Metallic. The car I purchased is a CPO car with 32K miles.
Here's a little bit more information on the car:
342 - Heated Front Seats
450 - Ceramic Composite Brakes-PCCB
640 - Sport Chrono Package Turbo
810 - Floor Mats in Interior Color
9S - Macadamia Metallic
CUJ - Fuse Box Cover in Leather
CXD - Door Entry Grds Carbon Illumin
P01 - Adaptive Sport Seats
TG - Sand Beige Full Leather
V5 - Cabriolet roof in Cocoa
XCZ - Sport Shifter
XMP - Lthr Sun Visors Lighted Mirror
XPA - Thicker Steering Wheel-Leather
XSB - Sport Seat Backs in Leather
XSC - Porsche Crest in Headrest
This car had a sticker price when new of almost $155K. I paid $73K for it.

Dennis - that sounds like a rock solid deal especially considering the CPO and the PCCB. Very nice price.
AS another comp - I'll just list my trade:
2007 997 6 speed Black Coupe
22k miles
1 owner - CarFax/Autocheck all clean
Non-CPO
from a dealer
Sports Chrono
Heated seats
Sport Shifter
Tubi Exhuast
$73k (I was hoping for high 60s - maybe $70/$71 - but just could not find anything in the area and this one was really a gem)
