I will be looking into picking up a 997.1 but I really love the look of the wheels from the 2010-2011 911 turbo. I figured if they are the same offset I can probably get a set of those maybe even on this forum. I did a quick search but came up with mostly steering wheel stuff. Thanks !!

The center locks are the ones with more spokes correct?? The ones I like almost have a 5 star design but spaced out. These are the ones I really like.

yes these (Turbo II rims) will fit, you will need to swap out the tpms sensors though. the 997.1 and 997.2 use different sensors.

.1 sensors still work on .2 cars. The problem is that most original sensors in .1's are dead by now, or will be soon. I run .1 wheels on the track so my Champions don't get trashed, and the original sensors were fine until the batteries died. Then I replaced them with the new ones.

Two ways to mount wheels - center locks use 1 locking hub while non-center locks use 5 lug bolts.

Not my experience. Sensors for an '08 and '11 are different. Oddly, they are both 433 mhz, but the '11 did not pick up the sensors that were working on the '08. When I checked, they are different part numbers.

Otherwise, sizes and offsets from .1 to .2 are identical.
