Bored of my wrap, got another wrap...and new wheels :)
I wrapped my car a few months ago with 3M hotrod red as it was easier to take care of the wrap than look after a black car. The red was initially very good, it was a pastel colour, a lot of people thought it was a PTS custom ordered car. Because of the bright red colour, it was hard to tell that the car was wrapped. However, i started to get bored of this colour and decided to change it around for a colour that was close to white as the lines and width of our turbos are easily brought out in lighter colours. I eventually settled for Avery dennison's gloss grey wrap which is similar to dove grey or cement grey.
Pics are all phone quality except the wheel, I will get some professional photos taken this week and post these as well.

I also decided to order BBS Fi's to go with the new look. I took advantage of the drop in Euro and ordered these from Baan Velgen. Hendrik, took care of my order right from the initial email. He is very quick to respond to his emails and this was what made me comfortable to deal with him in the first place. (i enquired about the CHR's through my ebay account almost 2 years ago before buying the vorsteiner's and he was very patient and not pushy even though i decided not to buy from him). The order was delayed because of a materials issue at BBS for which I got in touch with them and expressed my dissatisfaction which i think helped, as Hendrik received them sooner than the new ETA estimated by BBS. He also hooked me up with awesome rates for new Michelin PSS 245 and 325 with TPMS sensors. The whole package was shipped professionally through FEDEX and i received it in 3 days. I am only waiting for the red centre caps from him now which is on back order from BBS as well as some free Baan velgen merchandise
. I would recommend Hendrik and his business as in my dealings, I found them to be reliable, honest, sincere and swift.

Some people are concerned about paint damage after a wrap is removed. I can personally say that there is no need for such worry as long as a good quality wrap is used. There was not a single area where gum residue was left behind and the wrap came of instantly after which the car was polished for the new wrap to be laid on.
Pic of my car just after most of the red wrap was removed.

The idea of going with the gloss grey was to make the design similar to that of the 997 sport classic sporting two stripes that run from front to back. I don't think it is similar as the sport classic has more of a blue tone in its grey but nevertheless, I am very happy with the outcome.
Pic of the car 90% complete, the exhaust tips went for powder coating.

This pic was sent to me by the foil shop in bright daylight. It is hard to see the grey colour, but i love the shot

There are still some more touches that need to be done and a polish as well.
Past bedtime now for me, will take more professional photos and post in the next few days.

they both look good
how awesome it must be to be able to change colors on a whim.
even if i had the cash to blow, i couldn't bear to see 4k just ripped off and thrown in the trash. please tell me that youre getting a great deal on the wrap.
the gray looks almost white. or white after its been driven around for a few days. its understated classy , while the red screams - look at me.

Thanks deaddana, I know what you mean. I think this wrap will stay on for a longer time
. Wraps in Dubai are cheaper than the states.
Thanks Akunob, and the BBS really makes a lot of difference.
I noticed lesser understeer and quicker acceleration. Not imagining, i had to shift out of first and second gears way sooner than before.
In Dubai, its between 2.5 and 3k.
I ordered the tires from Europe. Baanvelgen hooked me up along with the awesome Fi's
Thanks Campbellcj, you'll really love these wheels. Does make a difference in performance

I'm thinking about GT2 RS side vents to brighten her up a bit more. Not made my mind up as they're pretty expensive lol!
