Great price, got mine for $105k.

 

Holy hell 2012 20k miles and only around 100k? That seems low as hell. The 2011's were asking that 2-3 months ago in winter. How did the 2012 drop to that price already? They were 115-125k depending on options and miles.

 

Thanks for the great information. It's come down to 2 cars. This 2012 997 Turbo S with 20k on the odometer and a 2013 997 Turbo...non S. with 10k miles. Both similarly optioned. Same price 2012 Turbo S vs 2013 Turbo non S. I appreciate you thoughts.

Many have very particular opinions about a couple of the S standard features - namely center locks and ceramic brakes. Center locks can be challenging to maintain and ceramics are awesome, but can be expensive if there are any issues.
Bigger than options, color can be a big deciding factor too. Happy hunting!

I'd go for the S with ceramics and center locks...

 

If your garage isn't virtually dust free, plan on washing it every single time you want to use it and have it look presentable.

Whats the deal with these seats? I thought the aditional shoulder bolstering was only only the manual sport seats, but obviously these are power. Is it a 997.2 only thing? Can they be swapped? Were power/heated sport seats an uncommon option?

It was an option and they are power/electric. Just put a shirt over the drivers seat so it doesnt wear. Im just picky like that!
