porsche 997.2 turbo car cover question
porsche 997.2 turbo car cover question
I am looking to order a cover for my 2010 997.2 turbo thats oem from porsche. I was just wondering, if I ever add a wing or something to the car, will this oem cover still fit or will I need a new cover?
I have an OEM car cover and it was designed for a fairly large spoiler on the back. I had a 996 C4S that did not have a spoiler and the cover worked well but was a bit baggy in the back. I now have a 997 Turbo with the OEM spoiler and the cover fits like a glove. If you were to go with an oversized wing you might not be able to pull it all the way to the bottom.

I'm not sure if I'm going THAT big but in the event I do add on a wing or replace the original one, I don't want a cover that isn't going to fit. Is the gt3 cover going to be too big on my stock 997.2 turbo for now before my wing is actually on?
the one pictured looks like the outdoor material, that cover is different
the turbo indoor cover is great...when i added my werks1 setup (wing, splitter, diffuser) it barely fit, had to over stretch it etc...wasn't a perfect fit any more but it worked

Is it going to be falling off to the floor if I get the gt3 cover?
I plan on maybe putting on the gt2 wing but that's it. Would the regular oem 997.2 turbo cover fit with just that added on?
My biggest question is, since the car is going to be with just the stock wing on it for a little while, will the gt2 cover be too baggy
