Thumbs up GT2RS style side vents
Hello guys,

I would like to share pics of our RS style side vents for 997GT2 and 997 Turbo models.

They are made of fiberglass and they are wider than OEM RS vents to have more airflow into the coolers.

Let me know if anyone is interested in these.

Carbon pattern needs some extensive work, so maybe later in the future

Seen this on the 996 forum and with their body style, it makes a lot of sense. DO you have any numbers regarding the IAT's before and after install?


Glad to see some progression on the 997 forum.

It seems there are some good quality products that keep coming out for our platform! We appreciate your efforts as always Emre!

With that said, some data would be very nice to have since the cost of these are quite a bit more than the regular carbon fiber GT2RS ones. If they do indeed perform that much better, then it makes sense for sure and I'll buy some without hesitation.

Are you serious re cost being more than OEM GT2 RS CF vents?

Whilst there more be more airflow thus helping IATS these may cause more drag hence reducing top speed

I'm not allowed to post pricing here but i can say that its around 1/3 of the OEM GT2RS vents.

I will try to make a back to back test for you on one specific car.
