Eurocharged ECU Flash
Eurocharged ECU Flash
Hey everyone, I just picked up my 997.1 a few weeks ago and I've been reading the forums to figure out what route I should take as far as a tune. Obviously there is no shortage of threads voicing opinions and results. My buddy owns a shop in Beltsville, MD and he is a certified eurocharged dealer/tuner, so I'm looking into them as an option.
Before people tell me to use the search function, understand that:
1. There is one thread in the 997 forum on Eurocharged, with not much feedback.
2. There isn't much content when googling as it relates to porsche (a few youtube vids if you dig deep). I know they are big in the MB community, which isn't really relevant IMO.
3. The tune listed on their website looks pretty good as far as gains.
Does anyone have any recent feedback as far as their tune on the 997.1/.2? Real world gains? anything?

Understood. Although, I noticed Porsche owners tend to post less than some other communities. I was hoping there were folks with experience that just weren't active posters.
ISP is a Eurocharged dealer/Tuner so they could do a full custom dyno tune with Eurocharged. That's the only reason I'm considering it.
Chances are I'll just go with Cobb or do a standalone like ProEFI for FlexFuel. I'm just trying to do as much research as possible before making a decision.

Let us know if you have any questions on the AP. If one of our protuners has the software they do no pay a license fee to tune the car.

if your even contemplating proof then look no further. send the car to undercover and let garth do his thing. it is light years ahead of any other platform save a motel. eurocharge or any other dme tuner wont get you half what the proefi can do
I wouldn't do eurocharged. They're just off the shelf tunes and they don't have much experience with the 997s. The other thing is what you pay gor that tune you can never get back if you decide to move yo a different car but Cobb AP you can uninstall and resell. Standalones are also great. I'd suggest chatting with protuning freaks if you're doing Cobb. Dzenno there does really amazing custom tunes. He's also pretty active on this forum.

Anyone know if they got a linked dyno or do they drop the driveshaft to dyno AWD cars?
