Factory repainting

Strange question - could find on a search.

I recently had my clear bra removed after 5 years of service and it took a fair amount of paint off with it, requiring a respray of the font bumper, front quarter panels, mirrors, and hood. Everything looks good and the seams are smooth, but the hood leaves much to be desired. Is it possible to have the factory repaint my hood to factory specs?

What factory? As in taking it to Stuttgart? These cars are painted by robots, almost impossible to get it repainted exact specs

Who makes the clear bra, and how did you go about removing it?

I tend to think this this was an improper removal of the bra that led to paint issues.

The clear bra was a 3M product that had been on for 5 years and left at times to cook in the hot florida sun while parked. It was removed by a nearby body shop who "specializes" in Porsche, and it was too dry in some areas to avoid removing paint. Sadly, this same shop can't paint hoods very well as it turns out. I think I got hosed.

On a side note, I'm getting a letter from the body shop regarding the need to repaint - so I don't freak out potential buyers about the spray. How likely will the respray effect my resale?

See who your local Porsche dealer uses and then check them out.
