Michelin Super Sport Discontinued. March 2017 new replacement!
I need new tires for my 997TT, and was going to get a set of the Michelin Super Sports. Well, I'm going to wait a few months as the Super Sport is actually going to be discontinued. There is a new tire coming to replace it this March 2017: Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S

Apparently: Better dry AND wet traction plus improved tread life.

And yes: they will come in sizes for our 997TT

235/35 19 & 305/30 19
245/35 19 & 325/30 19

Toyo also recently released a new tire, the R888R. The regular R888 will still be sold, so I'm interested to see the pros/cons with the new tire.

We are going to try the R888R soon. Just got a set. Definitely a different beast but a very versatile tire!
