My door sills were starting to look a bit unsightly. I gave the sled a nice wash, made sure the door sills were nice and clean too, and polished the door sill paint and carbon with a Rupes Nano Long Neck polisher, Menzerna FG400 compound and SF3800 finishing polish, and inspected the results with a Astro Pneumatic 50SL sunlight.

I'd say a solid 90-95% correction on the paint. Removed all swirls and light random scratches. A couple deep ones remain but are very unnoticeable with ambient lighting. I could do better by wet sanding, but i feel like it'll scuff up again in no time. The carbon was pretty bad, but the weave pattern hides the scratches pretty well. I'll probably wet sand next time i polish. For now, the polishing brought out a pretty good amount of gloss in the carbon.
