I know this is old news to many people on here, but I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Sam for being such a class act. I chewed his ear off for about an hour yesterday about a multitude of things, most of which were unrelated to anything he'd actually be doing with my car. I highly recommend that anyone contemplating even the most basic modifications give Sam a call - He wont steer you wrong.

Yep, best in the business by a long shot. If he just owned a dealership, dry cleaner and a Starbucks I would never have to shop anywhere else.
He customer service is a long lost art with most every place these days. Nordstrom used to be the gold standard. Sam is the standard and every where else you will deal with a level that is far below his.
