Adaptives? With heat?

For full power and heated adaptive leather seats in excellent condition expect to sell for $2500-$3000. Maybe a couple hundred more if you have a very motivated local buyer or if you have crests, deviated stitch, etc.

The biggest issue is most 997 leather seats, IME, show reasonable bolster wear and creasing that make them less attractive at the higher price points. Also, a lot of seats have been re-dyed which ends up being a bit of a nightmare if the new owner does a deep clean, inadvertently stripping the dye.

For comfort seats, not much of a market out there I don't think, but probably in the $1500-$2000 ballpark.

Do some searches in the classifieds here, Rennlist, and other forums in addition to eBay. Keep in mind that asking price is usually optimistic, so take a few hundred off of ask for a realistic actual sale amount.

The adaptives have some pretty notable differences vs. the "comfort" seats. Adaptives have quite a few more adjustments (I think it is 14-way, but don't quote me on that), provide more support to keep you planted during cornering, a different visual design, and taut leather rather than semi-pleated. The adaptive seats were an option and many consider them a must have option on the 997s.

Comfort seats are way better than the sports seats on the 996tt. In other words, they are great seats.

I think 18-way adjustable... Also they have a seat position memory feature (buttons on the door panel and coding to key remote). Heating and cooling are separate options (I only have heat). I like them a lot but the key downside is weight. Also as I learned today, repair parts are costly (motors are ~$250).

i'd say 2000-2500 for sport adaptive seats depending on condition and 1000-1500 for comfort seats. Just base don what I have seen actually sell.

My friend spent 2800 recently on a set of I believe 18-way adaptive seats. He had comfort that he'll be selling soon.
