Tire size for 20 inch Wheel 997.1 TT

Andrew Ta is infamous around these parts

Tire size for 20 inch Wheel 997.1 TT

I recently purchased new HRE wheels for my 2008 TT. The wheel size are 20x8.5 front +50 and 20x11 +35 rear. I currently have Nitto 245/30/20 front and 305/25/20 rear. Would that work or should I replace my front with 235/30/20 or replace 305 with 325 for the rear? Thanks for the help in advance.

245s in the front.

325s in the rear.

That’s what I run with my HRE 590RS’.

Would the rear wheel look weird with 325/25/20 since my wheel are 20x11?

on 8.5's and 11's I personally would run 235 front and 305 rear.

TighTT,

Do you think the tire would look stretch if I change the front tire from 245 to 235? How would it effect the ride and performance in the front? Thanks!

On an 8.5 inch wide wheel Porsche runs a 235 from the factory, if the gives you any comfort/confidence.
