One of the best wheels that I've ever seen on a 993 turbo.

 

Vincent, the Z06 and the 993TT could be from different planets. By the numbers, they are both almost identical. The driver input required to arrive at the almost identical statistics of the two is beyond my skills convey in one or two sentences.

In the Z06 at 120 mph, you know it and the Z06 ain't going to let you forget it. I love it. It's twitchy and noisey and mechanical and totally engaging. Just about the last thing on earth a car buyer would want...

The Porsche is sublime. There is no way to compare it to the Z06. If you are one who talks to machines, the Porsche is humbling. And I've got all the 500 hp stuff in boxes in the garage...

Khalid, the wheels are RUF's high end upgrade option their latest cars. These particular wheels are 997 GT3 offset with with spacers. RUF did this so I would not have to buy another set of $7000 wheels. Now is that incredible customer service or what???

 

I am sure it's very hard to compare the 2. I own a Viper and love it for many different purpose and reasons.
Those Ruf wheels are the bomb on the 993TT
Speaking of Ruf. Can you tell me more about those guys in Dallas. I am only familiar with ones in Germany.

 

If you have a Viper you understand better than me, how difficult it would be to compare the two. Sometimes a guy just needs to be shaken and bounced around a little. Terminal testosterone poisoning can only be experienced it cannot be explained... hehehe...

RUF Dallas is RUF. RUF Automobile in Bahrain is RUF. I promise to provide more information in the future. My involvement with the US operation is too close for for my reply to a simple question about RUF Dallas with anything remotely appropriate. Mention RUF Dallas to me directly; my eyes roll back in my head and I begin reciting The Gospel According to RUF.
