997TT with CGT Headlights?

I was just foolin' around on PS and I thought I would see what the Carrera GT headlights would look like on the new TT. What do you think?

Sorry for only half of the picture, but I couldn't manipulate the driver side headlight to fit

With CGT lamps

My original modified TT

Yes, TVR. That's what it reminds me of. I knew it looked like something, but I couldn't remember.

Maybe styling but not material... Magnesium wheels aren't the best thing for daily driving. I don't know how many people daily drive their TTs but there are quite some that daily drive their 997S...

I love it also and also agree that those wheels should at least be an option.

WOW that headlight looks awesome from that angle. I also love the other mods that you P shopped.
Those rims look really good also.
I am curious to why people think magnesium wheels aren't good for everyday driving. I think they are like any other wheel . . . completely round

mkell,

How about keeping the original headlights and adding CGT side vents! Even though I am pretty happy with the way the new tt looks, I was hoping for something more dramatic for the air vents.
