Wheel color change on new to me Basalt 997TT...
So finally after 8 months of searching I found the right 997TT for me (2009 Basalt on Black/Sand)...made some compromises (no PCCB), but ultimately all things that can be added on / tweaked over time given the car was perfectly modded / maintained for what I wanted.
One of the first changes I would like to make are to the wheels. I not feeling the "murdered" out look on this one and have been itching to try out Bronze on Black. That said, not sure how it will look on Basalt. I am open to other colors too, like steel or even gunmetal gray.
Also not sure if there are any issues with powder coating Advan GTs, due to the heat of the process?
Any thoughts / pics / advice would be appreciated. Pic of the new ride below.
Glad to be back in the 997 fam again!

Personally I think it looks great. Bronze would probably look more classic. I just picked up a 997T as well and am deciding if it gets black wheels/tips like my GTR or something different.
Sounds good!

Dang that looks pretty good as is... I was always a fan of the bronze on a black car if you're going to change. Depending on wheel manufacturer there are some pretty cool colors out there. Pretty much anything goes with black.
