That is a beautiful home, at a VERY EXCELLENT price. You shouldn't have any trouble selling this home.

Thanks for the comments guys ...... already closed on the new place so looking to sell this quick. The house is immaculate and the realtor described it as nothing short of a model home. He asked me if it had even been lived in

Yeah, I wish I was living in Houston again (I was born and raised in the Copperfield area, Twin Lakes to be more exact)....

That asking price is amazing bmoores, you won't have a problem at all with that price....here in Philadelphia, that price barely got me my loft

Screw the northeast!

Thats debatable I purchased the house in September of 99 for $217,000. Our homes in Texas appreciate just not at the rate that homes in other areas do.

Last time I checked appreciations in TX were negative to flat. If you put your money in a money market account making 4.5% a year you would do better then putting money in TX Real Estate. Especially Houston!!

And then you still have to live on Houston...the arm pit of the US and the proud home of Enron.

Watch TX real estate over the next year. You will be surprised.

Have you spent an extensive amount of time in Houston? Just wondering and if so, when?
