this watch has all the things I would want in a Panerai EXCEPT the "see through" back casing. DOes something like that exist?

 

No, not anywhere in this price range. In fact, you won't find it in a power reserve except the 8-Days which is a manual wind Radiomir with the meter in the back. Uses a JLC movement. Don't sweat the caseback, you'll never see it anyway.
