For those of you that may not be familiar with Houston, this place is in a part of town called the Galleria. Full of very VERY upscale condominuims. The place Peter is selling is right in the middle and is prob one of the three nicest around there.

500/mo HOA, tax rate I cant remember but its in the greater houston area...i think around 3-3.5%
