That's what it is designed for but no one really buys it because they are left handed and want to wear it on their right wrist. Collectors buy destros because they are rare and unique. It's actually nice to wear on your left wrist as the huge crown guard will not jab on the back of your hand.
I will vouch for Lord's integrity......I bought a Panerai from him about 6 months ago....his word is gold.......and he went out of his way to accomodate me......

Destro = "Right" in Italiano... Sinistro = "Left"
Hence, the Destro is to be worn on the right wrist. Just some trivia...
That is a nice looking watch. I am a lefty but I still wear my watches on the left wrist.

You know, you would think that would be true......but I find that it doesn't dig into me AT ALL.....which is important to me.....I had to stop wearing my Submariner as a daily wear watch because I was getting a callous from the lugs that protect the stem....wonder if anyone else has experienced that...I was a little worried when I bought the Pam, but not too much as I didn't intend to wear it daily......turns out, it has become my daily wear watch.....all my others seem so small now..and the callous went away after NOT wearing the Rolex for about 3 months......hahaaha
