A friend's selling an Indian that's been restored incredibly well from his description:

1946 Indian Chief, 1200cc/74ci. Absolutely the most perfect and correct example in the US. All numbers match. Vin 3461Z81

Lots of money, time and travel put into the restoration from an owner/collector with no budget limitations. I don't know what market is for something like this, but this one is priced at $35k.

The paint looks black in the pics, but is actually dark blue. Not only dark blue, but evidently the owner searched all over the world for actual Indian paint and obtained period paint that had been preserved in storage, so the paint is as original as it gets. Pretty cool.
