Kona Condominium Rental for Week of Sept 17, 2006-Sept 24,2006 (Hawaii, HI)
Ok, anybody want to go to Hawaii for a week? My father had planned to go next week, but there were some business obligations, and he cannot make it. As a result, we have two available 2 BR/ 2 BA units to rent out next week. These units are supposed to sleep 4/6 people, but in past experience, they can house a few more than that
. The resort lists weeks 1-52 as RED weeks; this means that it is difficult to get a week year-round. We don't know the value of these units, but we have searched the net, and it seems that these go for $1700-2000 a week per 2 BR unit. If someone wants both units, I am willing to let both of them go for $2800. However, if someone only wants one unit, we can let it go for $1500. These prices are negotiable to serious people, and I will accept all reasonable offers. If anyone wants any more info/wants to buy, just PM me, and I will get back to as soon as possible.

Hawaii Info
Hawai'i, the Big Island, is a land with two faces, watched over by snow-capped Mauna Kea and steaming Mauna Loa. On the west, the sunny Kona side of the island has parched, lava-strewn lowlands and uplands blessed with misty mornings and sunny afternoons. Upscale resorts line the coast, with the touristy, trafficy town of Kailua-Kona serving as social and economic center. The uplands vary from the cowboy country of the northern ranches to southern hillsides planted in coffee, vanilla orchids, macadamia nuts, and tropical fruits. To the east, the rain- and mist-shrouded Hilo side is characterized by flower farms, a fishing fleet, waterfalls, and rainbows. Southwest of Hilo looms one of the world's most active volcanoes. Here, in Volcanoes National Park, lava has been flowing for more than a decade. The sheer size of the Big Island, larger than all of the other islands combined, can be its main drawback for the explorer -- you can drive and drive and drive and drive between attractions. So alot your time accordingly.
It seems that the Avg Daytime temp is in the mid 80's... that would be nice wouldn't it?
