My experience with them was no CEL's and I even passed Texas emmissions (which basically just looks for CEL's). The Supersprints move the second O2 sensor futher down the pipe. This requires you to plug the second right side sensor into the second left side port- important to know when trouble shooting a problem. As for sound I liked the volume but hated the raspiness. The raspy sound is a product of the headers. Stock headers have a deeper sound than mine. If someone was to ask my opinion my suggestion would be to go with high flow cats instead of cat bypasses (I'm a horrible salesman!).
