My buddy's awsome Townhouse for sale with 2car attached

The townhouse is located at 842 West Village court. It is one mile southwest of the Sear's tower on the campus of UIC. It is approximately 2600 sq ft. It has a marble entry with an 8ft by 9ft office a family room two car garage(tiled and painted with shelves, see photo's! - influenced by Shank) on the first floor. The second floor has a kitchen, Living room, dining room, powder bathroom, and a spare room 9ft by 8ft currently used as a wine room. The third floor has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms. The main bedroom is huge with a 8ft by 9ft walk in closet. The second floor and third floor I have installed Elan speakers within the walls with a seperate control in the master bedroom to change the volume. I had a window decorator install window treatments in the main living and dining room, please see the pictures! Cat 5 and wireless internet has been wired through the house. There is a fourth floor roof top deck with a view of downtown Chicago. There is a balcony off the kitchen with a gas line for your grill. The place is a must see!! $685,000.00

If interested please call me, Vince at 312-493-8599

Very nice developing area, really changed since University Village development plowed the entire area. Still remember the area with Halsted/Maxwell street when anything and everything was for sale = )

If I lived in Chicago, I'd definitely be interested.

Is this a part of a Co Op?

I think you're referring to Michigan Avenue "The Magnificent Mile" nobody uses "close to Lake Shore Drive" as a selling point, LSD is for all intents and purposes a downtown expressway. To answer your question, it's about 7 mins from the center of the "Mag Mile" with no traffic, with traffic it's a roll of the dice.

Thanks for the reply. I have a friend who is thinking about moving to Chicago in the next 90 days or so (depending on his job) so ill be sure to pass this along to him.

Thanks.
