Just lowered the price of my condo to $209k today. It is the lowest priced 2ba/2ba unit in the complex AND IT ALSO HAS THE BEST VIEW OF THE STRIP.
I need to sell this quickly to fund a new business venture....so if anyone is interested, please contact me or contact my agent from the listing link in the first post. You can also save another 3% off the listing price if you use my agent.

Raja - I purchased a new house in L.A. and the remodelling got out of hand...so now i need to sell the condo in LV to pay myself back...need the cash for a new business
