Tony - I'm assuming these will also fit the 997 C4 and Targa. Also are the centers standard 60mm so any of the Porsche center caps will fit?

What about Porsche's air pressure montoring system, what is required to allow it to work with these rims? ?What is the extra cost? What is the comparison in wheel weight to the standard rims?

Btw...love the look of these rims, they look like the Gt3 rims

I have a set and am going to do a write up of the TPMS install once my new sensors and tires come. It should take all of 1 minute to install the TPMS into each wheel, and the wheel are coming ready for installation of TPSM.

TPMS can be ordered from various vendors such as the dealership, WheelExperts, TireRack. I got mine from the dealership for about $400.

These wheels are expected to weigh 20# front and 22# rear. By comparison the stock wheels are 24# front and 29# rear. That means a savings of 22# of rotating weight in a set of 4.

GP7's are machined to accept TPMS. No mods needed

I've been told that powder coating is not a good process for wheels - it is supposed to weaken the wheel - can't remember where I read it - maybe an urban myth??

wheels are painted using a special finish. Powder requires high heat which can damage the wheel
