Posting this for a family friend. Not sure if anyone in the area is looking or perhaps someone might be relocating. The house is in spectacular shape.

Mitch, why does the lot seem so small? I thought all houses in Texas come with at least an acre or two of land.

This particular lot is pretty small actually. It is about half the size of my lot and that excludes my driveway space. The house takes up most of the lot and the pool takes up all the fenced in yard. The landscape is very low maintenance as a result which is what the current (empty nester) owners wanted. Its a phenomenal house with some very motivated owners. They are building a house right now that could be finished very soon if they desire (read - if they sell this house).

If you don't mind me asking, how far is it from the back of the house's foundation to the property line? I am asking because my house also takes up most of the lot, and I want a pool. I did not think that they could build a pool in that small of an area. At least that is what I have been told. TIA.

That pool is on the side of the house. The rear of the house consists of the driveway leading to the 3 car garage.

I have a great contact for custom pools in Austin, if you are interested.
