1x1gb PC2-5300 DDR2 200pin SODIMM RAM Notebook memory

Centon 1gb PC2-5300 DDR2 memory stick for mackbook, macbook pros and PC notebooks. Like new, cut opened to send in rebate. I originally got it because I had a macbook for a week and so I wanted to upgrade to 2gb. I swapped out for a macbook pro and only needed one of the module. I have original receipt if you need it. Purchased it for 149.99. I will sell for $95 shipped.

I don't know if it'll fit the ibook g4. do you have the owners manual? it should tell you what kind of ram is compatible. I still have it available.

iBook uses DDR PC2700 DDR333 according to crucial.com, depending on the iBook model it can take one SODIMM, lower end iBooks can take a single 512mb, higher end will take 1Gb but I don't think this one will work for you.

DDR2 chips won't work with DDR1 slots (which is what the iBook has).
