2006 GTO Dyno
2006 GTO Dyno
Finally had the car dyno'd today. The first is stock, the second is with a hand held tuner (very limited in what it can do)
we had a pass where we hit 370/370 but she was running a little lean. Not bad at all, I was expecting 350 when all was said and done before I got there.
Look at that torque curve

Suspension hasn't come yet (damage was more then we estimated so I didn't come out with anything extra). Z06 brakes are an option, but the rotors need to be shaved in order to fit, this kind of scares me. I'll most likely go AP Racing in the future as they are the factory option down under.
btw, I still can't get over the change in driveability, with the stock tune the car knocked a lot, that's all gone. I also can't believe how much you can feel the extra torque, esp. since i picks up so much earlier
I'm real tempted to do a cam swap now, tha should get me 410-420 to the wheels with the stock heads

She doesn't brake that bad though, so I may just go DBA slotteds, some hawk pads, and stoptech SS lines and see how she does before spending 4K+
No she does not brake bad. Car can throw you threw the windshield if Scott wanted to. With that added torque, break the tires loose, or does it still hook, but even harder now?
