Is that a VR version lens?

 

No it is not. The VR lens was released in March I believe. This was purchased in September. Honestly, I have had no issues with vibration from this lens so I am not sure what the hype is around the VR series. They are the same price pretty much.

 

I realize you paid $250, however, the current going price from online retailers (reputable ones, such as B&H, etc...) is $169 for non VR lens. Your BIN price of $189 may deter potential buyers. VR is currently selling for $250. I agree there is no big deal with the VR lens, and not trying to give you a hard time. Just trying to help. I hope you get $189.

 

Yep, I know that mine is priced very right. Are you aware of the fact that the BIN price will disappear once the item gets the first bid? The BIN is for those that WANT IT NOW! I seriously doubt it will bring even close to the BIN price......but I have seen it happen.

Probably going to buy a 12-24 lens as I have not had much need for a telephoto lens lately.
