Finally, good PICS of my Lightning! 56k no way

Some of you may know me from my old 735rwhp-855rwtq kb/spray 03 cobra. I just picked up a 99 lightning with 60k on the clock, bone stock. It dyno'd 330rwhp-400rwtq SAE. The dealership gave me $200 more than I PAID for my lexus so the deal was a no brainer. I just moved to Colorado from IL and needed a truck to haul my dirtbike and go off road. Well, the lightning works so here are some pics!

and I know you all were waiting for the CPE plug

If anyone is interested in my cowl hood for free, please email me at mailscripts_ejones@yahoo.com
Im willing to straight trade for a cowl hood with no nostrals or even a stock hood for that matter. No money out of your pocket for this aftermarket hood.

Not sure about stock, but did you notice that above 100mph the gas gauge moves as fast as the speedo? lol
Looks good (but ditch that hood)......and if you're gonna do the usual invest in better brakes.........TRUST ME
When the mods coming?? (and don't forget, you'll need to helicoil the plugs if you up the boost or the plugs go bye-bye...for didn't fix that till the 03's)

I had an '03 with a couple bolt ons (420rwhp 501rwtq).....at 160 it felt solid, but had nothing left. I had a buddy trailing me in a viper GTS, he told me the speed.
Its amazing how tight that truck is.
Those trucks are fast until 118mph, thats where they shift to overdrive and become a truck again. they still pull hard in OD, but the acceleration diff from 3rd gear to OD is a lot.
Like I said the brakes are the issue. They are the F250 brakes but they still aren't enough. That pedal will get to the floor quickly.

Fun truck none-theless. If premium was damn near $4/ga I'd consider one again.

Congradulations, the Lightining is one of my favourite Trucks. Too bad Ford arent considering of making another SVT Version of the newer Platform of Trucks.

Pretty cool. I had a buddy who had a Lightning. Definitely the fastest truck I've ever been in. One truck I would not want to run in my Z! lol

No get the headlights first. Update them to these.
I always wanted a F150 Harley, but im worried about fuel economy. If i gets less than 14mpg, i am not messing with it.
