For me, the BMW seats are the best, Audi is a decent second, Porsche standard seat is not awful but the MB seats really don't measure up. The F430 seat might be okay if the ride wasn't so tight. The Bentley GT seat is really more of a chair. I haven't had much time in the Porsche sport seat.

I really wish that MB made a seat that I liked, engine mods are one thing but I'm not big on changing something like the seat. Maybe I need to be.

by far the best seats i have been in are the seats in my 2000 E55, nothing comes close

 

I have ML63 and BMW M5 and can tell you that, nothing come near the BMW M5&M6 sport active seats.

 

I cant stand BMW seats, to stiff and no contours IMO. Land Rover so far has the best comfort seats and I think Audi and MB have the best Performance seats

 

My new 07' S65 seats are the best I have ever sat in.

I really liked the Recaros in the Mitsu Evo's. They fit me pretty well.

 

The CL seat is supposed to be an upgrade over that and yet it's just not quite right.
Oh well, at least it only takes me 4.2 to get to 60.

 

anyone have blown disks who can speak on the issue?

i've loved the older 5series seats, but with some recent back probs... the MB E and ML seem to provide the best lumbar support of the cars ive tried out.

 

herniated disk right here.....my 00 e55 seats are better then my 05 CL600 seats

 

BMW seats don;t last long. Leather gets pretty bad after 1st year,

MB last longer .. i think and Audi as well

 

BMW "Comfort seats" and Audi Recaros. No contest.
