FS: Duplex Condo in Boston's Seaport District
I'm relocating to Chicago and need to get rid of the Boston pad...its only 3 years old with underground parking garage, great city views, balcony off master bedroom, and a true high end building. Much nicer than the Ritz Residences and more for the $$.

Gorgeous Place...If it was just about $200k lower then I would buy! Not saying your place isnt worth it, just saying that I dont have the budget! This is a great price for the location, design, and massive sq. footage of this place.

I have seen this building and visited a colleague there. It is definitely one of the nicest buildings there...

FWIW - This is a fair market price and a great location to be in BOS!

Dude that is a sweet apartment, I wish i known about this a month earlier...My cousin just brought a place in Beantown for little over 800k and it's not nearly as nice
