Aftermarket Superchargers for the new 6.3L AMG Engines?

Anyone know if Kleemann or Renntech is working on manufacturing superchargers for the 6.3L engines? I realize they are fast already, but given the speed cravings of people here on 6speed, I was just tempted to ask

Isn't the compression ratio on that thing like 11.3:1? You're not gonna go anywhere near forced induction on that unless you rip into the bottom end.

Leave it alone and buy a 600/65 or 55.

At the moment, Kleemann is not. They've said that the pistons would have to be changed due to the compression ratio. The piston swap plus the supercharger would be very expensive and they don't believe that there's much of a market for the kit.

I agree, I would doubt S/C will come out.

For now you can get Headers, Ecu update, Remove charcol filters, 2X drop in filters, secodnary cats removal and an xpipe to delete the resonator.

compression

Didn't realize the compression was so damn high... guess I can scratch that idea for awhile. This only got me thinking because of the new C63

The other problem is the 7-speed in the 63 cars is nowhere near as stout as the 5-speed in the 55/600/65 cars. Aside from wondering if the motor's going to last, you will have to wonder if the trans is going to last. Notice the new S65 still has the 5-speed.
