Uh...is your cousin's ceramics from his 997TT or another model? Reason why I'm asking is because the non-turbos have different sized rotors up front. I think however that the GT3/RS has the same sized rotors though. I'm not 100% sure on that though.

Yeah, that'd be fine then. Just be prepared to fork over some $$$ for the brake swap. I'm not sure if it'd be pretty straightforward or not. Maybe you'd have to re-program the ECU, etc.

Get lighter wheels instead. That'd be a lot less involved.

No, but I would not put that junk on my car. They are not up to par and the wear on them is extremely high. I swapped brakes for a whole new system and have had people with the ceramic brakes swap for the same setup. I would not do it

Oh that's smart....people buying the $8,000 ceramic system and then having them swapped out for a $8,000 (or less) aftermarket braking solution.

Stephen,

Are you saying the OEM Ceramic brakes are junk in your opinion?

Atomic,

MKS is gonna be swapping his brake setup with his cousin free of charge. So there is no way that he has put any money into it. The information that i have gather from browsing this forum is the following; the Brembo GT brake kit is far more superior to the PCCB setup. BTW Atomic, what are you feeling sorry for. You have not shed any money buying or swapping those brake sets.

Atomic, nice photos of Germany.

PorschePHD, what is the weight difference between the PCCB and the Brembo brake kit you installed ?
