Supercharger for Aston V8 Vantage?
Sorry to be vague guys .. but we want to be cautious with our claims.. We have a few pieces in production that are needed to complete the first kit... I would say our best estimate would be 4-6weeks before our car has the complete kit installed on it. I will be sure to post a detailed announcement once we have the kit installed

Think thats the only one I'm away of.... but was wondering if that means somebody cracked tuning the ecu or if their just running the setups "as-is"? I remember some of the big names (Lambo/Viper tuners
) had said they had some cars in the shop that owners wanted modded with TT setups but were having a hard time cracking the computer, wonder if anythings changed since then?

i am more interested in the root type supercharger. in fact, all i need is the hardware and i can take care of tuning from my end.i am just concerned that the RSC system is not Water cooled. and they have been no updates about their system for years.
A positive-displacement supercharger definitely has advantages over a centrifugal one with better low and mid range power (but less up top) but based on my experience with this car you'll probably have a lot of traction problems. As far as I know, and Stuart would really be the one to answer this, the RSC supercharger kit never really materialized and was essentially scrapped. I don't think there is a single car with one on it. The other problem you will run into with the roots blower is placement in the engine bay. RSC's partner had to develop a whole new integrated intake manifold on order to fit it...you won't be able to just strap one in on top of the existing manifold. It's going to be tricky...it was with the development of the centrifugal blower kit...I guess that's why there's only one kit that's available.

I don't want to comment a ton on this except to say that A.) The partnership with GMR in the UK was scrapped as they were unable to deliver on their promises, and B.) We are currently working with a different partner on our own design using the same Eaton TVS charger.
As regards the ECU mapping we do not belive we will need a secondary ECU because we have made a LOT of progress in that area recently
. Your cars putting out some sick numbers btw.Cool... I always thought it was odd how so many cars could be cracked pretty easily, even the Lambo's when they were first being done. But the AM's have been an ecu nightmare for tuners lol.

Seems nobody can crack the ecu? How is the piggy back? Would have been sick, imagine an UGR AM V8
