2008 AMV8 Closed End Lease

Curious as to what folks think about this lease on a 2008 loaded AMV8:

Cap Cost: 120K (~14K off MSRP)
Term: 36 months closed end
Miles: 7,500/yr
Price: 1,992
Overage: $1/mile (ouch!)

Downpayment is: first month's payment, 2.5K security, ~700 acquisition fee.

Money factor is: 0.00225 (~5.4apr)

Final is approx 2154 (If I added in the taxes correctly)

will they be selling for 50-55k in 3 years with 25k miles on them?

77k over three years and no car is a lot of money!

It seems very similar to the leasing deals that dealers are offering right now...

Unless you are getting great tax benefits for the lease it makes more sense to buy the car. You can get a killer deal these days either way.
